Harvest: By hand to small cases of 15 Kg
Vinification: After cold maceration, the grapes are pressed and fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature at approximately 16ºC.

TASTING NOTES:

Crystal clear pink wine. Intense aroma of red fruits, strawberries and raspberries, with a slight touch of dried herbs. It is soft and fresh with complexity in the mouth. The aftertaste is prolonged and of great harmony.

PAIRINGS:

This is a drier rosé style therefore ideal for barbecues, salmon, white meat, and salad dishes or as an aperitif.
